Painting has been such a beautiful way to release my feelings and thoughts.

I am so grateful to have this tool in my handbag of healing.
I have definitely needed it.
Again, my paintings aren’t about skill level at all. It is just about creating an image that comes to my mind and setting it free, so it is not trapped.
If you are a visual person like me… I highly recommend it!
All you have to do is sit and ponder on your feelings/emotions, and then draw or paint an image that comes to your mind, and LET IT OUT.
Creativity is really, really, powerful!
Being creative can change the way we think and feel… and HEAL!
I am also considering starting a journal sketchbook, where I can just scribble/draw out my feelings of the day. That could be even more raw and real than painting with pretty colors. We shall see how it goes. I kind of like playing with the pretty colors… 😉
